High quality work and vision! Kevin was great to work with!

I have had my share of bad contractors but this guy is the real deal. Always on time does an amazing job on everything he does. He is licensed and insured. He is worth the price. Everything is done to perfection I highly recommend. One of the good guys.

I purchased a home and decided to make MANY changes right away. I reached out to KAMCan, and in less than an hour, a representative from the company had responded and given rough estimates on the jobs that I needed done. When the contractor—Kevin— arrived at my house, he immediately assessed my needs, prioritized the tasks, ensured he had everything he needed, and began working. Kevin worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. When/If he encountered an issue during a project, he immediately notified me of the problem and how to correct it. The more Kevin worked, the more projects I wanted him to do. Here is just a short list of jobs that were completed in one week: replaced a ceiling fan, three vanities/faucets, two shower sets(and then switched them after I changed my mind on the colors🥴),two toilets, a mailbox, address plate, and built AN ENITRE DECK! KAMCan is the ONLY construction company I will allow to do my projects!

Kevin helped me to work out the perfect little bathroom, for my petite and quirky space. He custom made a cabinet for my tiny sink, and added a beautiful spacious shower. Almost all of my ideas are very unconventional, Kevin had no problem with that. He was up front when he didn't think something would work, and helped to find workable solutions, comparable to the original vision. His flexibility was very appreciated with the situation I was in at the time. Kevin is always a joy to work with, and continuously manages to pull through, and bring my off kilter ideas to life. He's since made time to come take care of little projects I have running in my home, as well. I'll definitely continue to contact Maney Building & Design, when I am in need of a skilled and creative hand.

Did a great job installing a vent fan in our bathroom. Was prompt, courteous, and made sure he cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely hire again.

I used Kevin Maney of Maney Building and Design for outdoor deck enhancement. He is a polite hardworking young man with great design skills. He stays in touch with his clients which today is a lost art.

Kevin did 2 jobs for us. An electrical job and a plumbing job. Kevin responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote. Kevin provided very good work, and I would recommend him to others. Kevin is currently rebuilding our outdoor steps.

I had my popcorn ceilings removed and painted. Light fixtures replaced. Kevin is great, detail oriented and reasonably priced. Great job
